This traditional method sparkling Riesling was hand-disgorged and aged sur lie for 12 months. A distinguished wine with delicate effervescence complemented by soft aromas of apple blossom, brioche, and mineral. The wine develops with flavours of juicy red apple, fresh tree fruit, and a lingering citrus finish.
